About Us

ACCIN is the acronym for the Allied Coordinating Committee of Islamic NGOs, a body registered under the Societies Act,1966.  ACCIN is an umbrella body comprising of Islamic NGOs which are dedicated to and have as one of its main objectives the propagation of Islam.

MISSION

1. To become the leading voice pertaining to Islamic issues and interfaith matters.
2. To convey the message of da’wah and understanding among society.

OBJECTIVE

The purpose for which ACCIN is established are to enable its members to strive to achieve the following objectives:

• Interaction

The development of collaborative and fruitful interaction among Islamic non-government organizations in Malaysia that have as its primary objective the propagation of Islam.

• Sharing Information

The development of a shared monitoring mechanism and communication system for the collection and collation of information and research data for efficient analysis and dissemination to members and other concerned organizations.

• Mobilization of Resources

The mobilization and sharing of resources of member-organizations to achieve common objectives.

• Coordination of Activities

The coordination of activities among member-organizations in the propagation of Islam including the support and promotion of the activities of each member organization.

• Training Programs

The organizing of join-training, educational and research programs for the propagation of Islam.

• Seminars and Conferences

The organizing of Conferences, Seminars and Workshops to further the understanding of Islam and to resolve problems faced by the Muslim Ummah.

• Co-operation

The promotion of co-operation and collaboration between Islamic Government Organizations and Islamic Non-Government Organizations.

• Collection of Donations

To collect donations from members or any organizations to further the aims of the Society with the consent of the General Meeting.
